Dear Mrs. Dunn; In the letter we received from Mr. Dunn he said you were enjoying the beach, feeling some better and gaining in strength for which we are so glad to hear. Mr. Rankin is about over the hard cold and very bad cough he caught on the train comign down. He hasn't had a swim in the nice salt water yet, but hopes to soon. You know how he misses it. I am getting along very well some stranger and me are having a lovely time with our many friends. Have had nice weather. Just one all day rain which was needed.
