[sent 1956] July 19, 1956 Dear friend? – This particular card is in the interest of nostalgia. We were at Church here! Hope you received my note mentioning abbout Smith as the least Greek lexicon available at Victoria Book Room, U of T. Pearle had another bad attack before we left, but insisted on coming. Had the big operation in P.E.I. Hospital last Monday. Dr. Cox removed the g.b. full o stones, gravel from ducts, + appendix. She's still a pretty sick gal, but making good progress. I stayed at Art B's 112 School st? until tonight. Off to A.S. now Love to you 3 from us both. Lois
